Use TOTAL for Mobile's Rooms feature to take your notes and any pictures at the same time. As you're inside the house, drawing interior walls or making note of where each room is, just double-tap on the room name to bring up that Room's properties. Take any notes and write any descriptions you want, then swipe to the bottom to take your pictures. Simply tap a blank photo slot to take a photo.
Then, when the report syncs back to your PC, your interior photos are automatically placed onto and interior photos page, and any data that can transfer into the forms will already be there. And if you took notes in fields that aren't fields on your particular form, access all your field notes directly in your Workfile, just as you would if they were pieces of paper.
