If you work with more than one appraiser, or work in an office with an office manager, TOTAL has an easy way for them to start a report from an incoming order while still giving the appraiser full control over which file to use for merging purposes.
When the new order comes in, the office manager should click New to start a new report, fill out the address and name the report, then choose the option for Assignment PowerView. This option opens a new report’s Order form, allowing them to fill out all the job information like address, client, borrower, fees, and even schedule the inspection. When they’re done, just save and close the report.
Then, when the appraiser is ready, they can open the report and click Merge from within the Assignment PowerView to choose their template.
